Hello,

For the 12D1600 ADC, is there a plot of the internal thermal diode's forward voltage as a function of temperature so I know how to size the difference amplifier?

Does the ADC apply a constant current through the diode internally?

Per the datasheet the thermal diode was not fully characterized and there is no readily available data on the diode's voltage characteristic. Per the datasheet, it is recommended to pair the device with the LM95235 temperature sensor.
