ADC evaluation board that can accept 0V to 100V input

Hi Team,

A customer is looking for an ADC evaluation board that has 3 or more channels which can accept 0V to 100V input and has sampling rate of 1MSPS. I have checked some evaluation boards but most can only accept low voltage inputs.

    Hello Danilo,

    Take a look at the ADS8168.  It features 8x muxed channels and can sample up to 1MSPS.  If you need 3-channels of simultaneous sampling at those speeds you may need to look into a few devices such as 3x ADS8860, or 3xADS8881.

    You'll need to add a passive resistor divider, attenuating difference amp, etc. before the ADC to take the voltage from 0-100V back down to a level within the supply/reference range of the ADC you've selected.  There are not any current ADC products that can directly accept 0-100V.
