AFE5818EVM: GUI shows error after clicking "initialize Device"

hi,

my customer uses AFE5818 EVM and gui.

When the boards are connected and click "initialize Device", the gui stops. The red line of pop up menu stops.

after a while and restart the tool, it shows error below.

how can I fix it?

the OS is win10 64bits.

Hello Frank.

Can you please explain how you are testing the AFE5818 GUI?

Do you first run the High Speed Data Converter (HSDC) Pro GUI first and is the AFE5818 GUI automatically invoked by the HSDC Pro GUI?

Or do you only run the AFE58518 GUI as a standalone GUI?

Which version of AFE5818 GUI did you install?
