My customer considers to use AFE4405 for his product and he is asking about POL_OFFDAC setting.
Since I don't have full datasheet of it, let me ask you customer's question directly.
If subtracting positive large signal of TIA output, the signal level can be reduced by setting the polarity of the DAC output to negative (POL_offDAC = 1). (Data sheets p. 20-21) Is this understanding correct?
The actual behavior seems to be reversed (polarity plus, signal level is reduced) at customer side evaluation
Also, could you send me the full datasheet via email directly?
