I have a custom board with DLPA3010AFQK + DLPC3478 + DLPA2005, I tried the 8.0.0 firmware and it wouldn't start up，the LED does not light up at all. We tried a very old version of 0.05, which is OK, but the GUI prompts that the firmware version is too old, and our algorithm cannot run on such a low version of the firmware in the future.

Could you provide the firmware for my configuration to work? Thanks.

Hello Sun,

Firmware version v8.x.x onwards will not be supported for system configurations that used DLP3010AFAQ with DLPC3478. Kindly refer to the following FAQ for more information -

Please send me an Older firmware version (v7.x.x), thanks. I know about this situation, the purpose of my question is to ask for a previous version of the firmware.

Hello Sun,

The DLP3010AFQK DMD is not a supported chipset option for DLPC3478 controller. The DLPC3478 controller works with only DLPC3010LC DMD (DLP3010LCFQK).

If you are using optical engine from a third-party supplier, please work with them to provide you Light control version of the optical engine with DLP3010LC DMD.

If it is your own optical setup then please replace current DMD with DLP3010LC DMD.

We periodically update our firmware to improve features and make bug fixes. We want all customer development to be based on latest version of firmware. This enables us to provide consistent experience to customer and ease of support. We can not provide older version of firmware.
