Hello

We have been testing the DLPNIRNANOEVM technology for two years, and it worked very well for our use case.We already have the models for our measurements.

The idea is to start designing our own spectrography solution. But I have no idea where to start the project.

Is this possible? We can develop our own PCB and optics with DLPNIRNANO technology.

What tools should we buy? And what are the royalties, if any.

    Hello Gerardo,

    I am glad to learn that DLPNIRNano EVM meets your application requirement, and you would like to start your own product development.

    You can develop your own custom Electronic and optics as well.  There is no royalty form TI.

    The TI reference design  TIDA-0054 would be good starting point. It has all required details and list of materials.

    Often optical module is more involved and could take longer to develop. Some of customers prefer to source the optical module from third-party to accelerate the development. If you decide to take that path, then please refer to "OMM Search tool" and under light control tab you will find list of suppliers for NIR scan optical module.
