Dear Team,

Due to the shortage of DLP3030Q1EVM, we are planning to produce our own EVM.

Is the .ccxml for XDS100 also compatible with XDS200?

I encountered the following error when trying to update the bootloader program of TMS230. Do you have any suggestions?

PS. I'm sure the computer has detected the XDS200.

    Hello User,

    Welcome to the E2E forum and thank you for your interest in DLP® technology.

    Though you are correct in saying that the PC detects the XDS2xx, I am wondering if the connection is properly established. Can you confirm that the MCU JTAG connector is compatible with the XDS200?

    Hi Austin

    I am using XDS2000 to directly connect to the H1 interface of DLP3030Q1EVM.

    Is there anything I need to do before connecting the XDS2000 directly to the H1 interface of the DLP3030Q1EVM, or can I connect them directly?

    I have used a multimeter to measure, and the point-to-point path is good, with no open circuit in the circuit.

    But my circuit diagram does not specify where to connect EMU0 and EMU1. Is EMU necessary?
    If it is necessary, could you please provide the relevant design or information?

    Hello Johns,

    We have tested the MCU JTAG with the XDS100 and XDS510, but I would expect the XDS200 should also work. Please try to check the proper XDS200 related .ccxml file in the Code Composer Studio installation directory when trying to program.

    Hi Lori

    I couldn't find the XDS200 .ccxml file for F28023 in CCS.

    I only saw cc13xx_cc26xx_2pin_cJTAG_XDS200.ccxml.

    Can they be used interchangeably?

    Could you provide an XDS200.ccxml file that is compatible with F28023?

    Hi Johns,

    I can try to find if the CCS include the .ccxml file for XDS200 since we only tested with the XDS100 and XDS510.

    I am trying to use TMS320F28027.ccxml in CCS and encountered the following issue. May I know if you are also experiencing the same problem?

    "Unable to communicate with the debug probe. Confirm debug probe configuration and connections, reset the debug probe, and retry the operation."

    Is this indicating that my XDS200 is not properly connected to TMS320, or my TMS320 may be damaged?
