Hello Avner, 

The component that will be powered on first should be the DLPC910 Controller. Since the DLPR910 PROM provides the clock, this will have to come before the DLPC910 Controller and in order for the DMD and Controller to communicate, make sure the DMD has the appropriate power provided to it. 

Avner please ensure you have implemented the SPI flash design update for the DLPC910 as the DLPR910 will soon be EOL.
