lamp is not emitting light

Could you please elaborate if the lamp is not illuminated at all even if you enable the "Keep Lamp On" Option in Scan page of GUI shown below or is it that lamp is not enabled during scan only?

Yes, the lamp is not illuminated even if we enable the "Keep Lamp On" in the GUI. First we tried without checking this option and no light illumination. Then we checked this option and no light illumination.

Hi Professor,

Looks like the lamp is either not receiving proper voltages or it might have gone bad.

Pease confirm if the lamp connector is connected properly and the lamp is receiving proper voltages. Below is the information from EVM user guide.

I think it might have gone bad. No light emitting.

Have you checked the voltages from the lamp connector?

Also to confirm if it is the lamp that has gone bad or the power supply to the lamp. You can do an experiment to disconnect the lamp connector and try to power it with an external 5V power supply. 

Also in case if the lamp or power supply has gone bad on the EVM has been verified after the above experiment. You can request for a replacement  if it is within its warranty.
