Hi Dear,
Our customer produces a 3D industrial camera using a combination of DLPC3478, DLPA3005, and DLP3010 chips.
During normal operation, the USB is called through API to send a casting command, continuously casting and storing 20 stripes each time, and then casting again every 1 minute interval, continuously cycling.
After using it for a period of time (uncertain for a few days or weeks), it was found that the stripe cannot be cast, but USB is connected normally, USB commands can be sent normally, and the checkerboard can be cast.
This abnormal phenomenon has occurred on multiple machines, and a single machine can replicate multiple times
