DLP4500: LightCrafter4500 Control software V4.4.1

Part Number: DLP4500

I am using "DLP LightCrafter4500 Control software V4.4.1".
When I try to register images in the pattern sequence, I can only set 19 images.
How can I set more than 20 images?

Furthermore, I can trigger one device, but I want to trigger another device, how do I set it up?

  • Hello User,

Welcome to the E2E forums and we hope to assist you with your questions.

Do you have a picture of the issue or is there an error message regarding the amount of images?

For example I can load more then 20 images into my firmware here.

You can then set the image index in your pattern sequence appropriately here:

For your second question, please see the user guide on trigger information.

  • Dear Alex

Thank you for your quick reply.

    1.About setting images
I can build and upload the firmware of 54 images.

Furthermore, I can set and send the sequence of 20 images.

But the sending time is long.
And after I click the Validate Sequence button,  Pattern Number OOR button turn red.
I am having trouble setting more than 19 images.

    2.About second trigger
I couldn't figure it out from the user guide, so please let me know.
The first trigger is set as shown in the image below, as I want to trigger each image.

The second trigger is to be triggered only once after the last image. Is this possible?

  • Hello Miwa Kitakaze,

    Thank you for the information.

For the number of patterns, it looks like there may be a limit based on the bit depth and that is why you are seeing an error. You can try changing the bit depth to increase the number of patterns.

For the trigger you can change the type of trigger here for each pattern.

Also if you right click on the trigger symbol in the pattern sequence you can change settings there.

Here is also some more information on triggers.

If you still have questions, can you describe exactly what you are trying to do with the two triggers?

Also please note that due to the holiday season, there may be a delayed response the next week. Thanks for your understanding.

    Regards,

    Alex Chan
