DLPA3000: DLPA3000 PWR1 and PWR2 has no power output

Hi, we have a custom made board with DLPA3000 and DLPC3478. We have some issues with power output of dlpa3000.

As stated in power up sequence of DLPA3000, we have power until PWR1. Please see picture below.

We measured voltage at boost pin and i see 2V on boost pin and 0 volt on FB and switch pins. We also observed 0 voltage on switch pin with oscilloscope. Here is the buck converter schematic.

1. How can i debug the problem?

2. Wthat might be the root cause of the problem?

Hello Bayram,

Can you measure the syspower to see if it drops at all? Also checking the 1.1V power rail to see if it is being pulled down or shorted. The DLPA3000 could be sensing a problem with the 1.1V rail and shutting down causing the sequence you are seeing.

Hi,
After I checked the connection to buck's power, I realized that I forgot to connect the LDO power to the system power.

I also need to obtain firmware for the DLPC3478 with DLPA3000_AC and DMD3010.
