Tool/software:

We have a DLPLCR95UVEVM which has developed a hazy or foggy area on the DMD array. The haze seems to be internal to the DMD array and it is NOT on the outside surface of the protective glass. It would be great if a TI engineer can connect with me to help understand/resolve the issue.

    Hello again Aftab,

    Can you tell me the power / power density and wavelength that the DMD was exposed to?  And if you are tracking the temperature of the DMD?  If so what was the ceramic temperature or calculated array temperature?
