DLP9500: Is there a curve of operating temperature-lifetime？

Hello User,

1. Is there a curve of operating temperature-lifetime if ignoring other factors. And any information of DMD lifetime under different temperature.

We do not have a chart for temperature vs lifetime.  The only thing that we offer is the derating curve shown in the data sheet.

2.  Illumination Source Between 400 nm and 420 nm, What's problem will occur if Illumination is out of range 11W/cm2, 26.6W.

3. Can the micromirror be damaged if Illumination is out of range, but temperature is OK.

Yes.  In the ranges below 420, even if the temperature is OK there is the possibility of damage - see the answer to #2.
