DLPC3479: Failed to communicate with dlpc3479 using the iic

Tool/software:

When I write device address 8 'h36, dlpc3479 has an ack signal. But when I wrote to the register address, dlpc3479 did not have an ack signal, resulting in a failure to read and write dlpc3479 through the iic. The same is true for changing other register addresses
