I'm looking for this device to scan soil samples so i have a few questions, answer would be appreciated.

What else do i need for starting reading samples on my pc windows 7?, It comes with a usb cable?, do i need a power source?, do i need a battery?
About the software displayed on the page. This is able to export the data into a table file like excel or cs

Hi Franco,
Welcome to DLP forum and thank you for your interest in DLP technology.

You can use standard micro USB cable to connect DLPNIR Scan Nano EVM to windows 7 PC. You do not need a separate power supply if using USB cable. You can save scanned data in CSV file using GUI.
