Hello,

I'm struggling with the scanner application. (DLP_LightCrafter_4500_3D_Scan_Application.exe)

I connected a DLP LightCrafter 4500 to Windows 10 Desktop and installed both GUI control software and TIDA-00254 Scanner Application(console application).

However, DLP4500 is not recognized in the console. In the GUI, it was well recognized and it doesn't have any problems.

I tried another PC and both worked well. What is wrong and How can I fix this?

Jaejun,

What operating system is the other PC on? I believe there may be a connectivity issue when using this EVM (LightCrafter 4500) with Windows 10.

Hi Jaejun,

The GUI uses the Windows USB HID driver i/f for communicating. Similary ALC SDK demo code uses USB HID code. On machine where it is not working, you can look at the Device Manager and verify if the HID detecting.
