Good day

Our customer need the DLPC350 JTAGFlashProgrammer

I had check the tool link in this web-page

the DLP LightCrafter 4500 JTAG Flash Programmer is active ,but the tool can not be found , the result shows "

It seems that we have encountered some resistance."

Could you provide a new link to me ?

Hello Leon,

I was able to access the JTAG programmer tool using the link that you have mentioned earlier. ( DLP LightCrafter 4500 JTAG Flash Programmer )

The user will have to login into his myTI account to get the access of this tool.

I am sorry that , the link which you provided still can not be opened. I had login in myTI account .

It shows "Sorry, the page you searched for was not found."

I had check it with my colleague`s PC , the result is same.

When I login the account and click the link , the page is shown below

The GUI link is OK , only the DLP LightCrafter 4500 JTAG Flash Programmer can not be opened. Does it need to request to download ?

Leon,

Yes, you will have to request to download the tool. When you click on the link, a TI Software Approval Page should appear where you will have to enter the necessary details. After this you will the following message - "You have been approved to receive this file. Click "Download" to proceed".

Let us know if you are still not able to download this file. We will see if it is possible to release this tool via mySecure to you.
