Hi TI Support team,
We are trying to create checkout profile using our company account in ti.com. First of all, we had setup the address. Then tried to create checkout profile using such created address.
However, we are stuck on Tax ID dropdown value selection as there has no Tax ID value showing. Please help to advise how can we able to retrieve Tax ID in Tax Information section.

Have you saved your Tax ID information to myTI?
If you have and the ID is not selectable, I'll need to get some more information about your account via private message.

Thanks for your suggestion. We can create Tax ID and tried to create Checkout Profile. We filled up all the required information for checkout profile setup. However, end up showing status: Incomplete. Please help to advise.

Hi Htet,
To be API-ready, a checkout profile cannot be saved with "Other" payment method. For Singapore, the valid payment option is an Apruve line of credit, as credit cards cannot accepted via API. Regarding your API access request, I'm afraid that due to a high volume of requests the approval process is taking longer than anticipated. We are working through the open requests as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
