TI-API: Invalid API call as no apiproduct match found - Error

Hello Team,

we are trying to access the sandbox order create api "transact-pre.ti.com/.../" with bearer token, But always we are receiving an error as "Invalid API call as no apiproduct match found". Kindly help.

Shankar,

Can you double check that you are sending "application/x-www-form-urlencoded", and not "Content-Type" . Also, double check the instructions that were provided on the portal: api-portal.ti.com/order-api-authentication . Let me know what you find out.

Have you seen any additional 401 errors since your last successful order create call (on 1/9 ~12:31AM CST)? Please advise if you are still having problems or if I should close this thread. Thanks!
