Hi team,
New customer has access to their API key and secret and were able to authenticate by retrieving the token, however when trying to send a test Order message, the below error occurred. Please advise on how to resolve?
Faultstring: “invalid API call as no apiproduct match found”
Errorcode: “keymanagement.service.invalidAPIcallAsNoProductMatchFound”
