TI-API: Where can I find the API Excel Tool?

We are currently exploring the order API and are looking for the simplest possible way to make use of it for ordering parts.

I watched a presentation by Ernest Yong on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bF8r_BNLa6Q) and he mentioned the "API Excel Tool" which looks like it would be ideal for our needs. Where can we find this Excel tool?
