Hello,

we're from Sero GmbH and are in the onboarding process of backlog API.

We are currently failing to create an API session with the following error:

auth errorError: Unauthorized, error: invalid_client, description: client_id or client_secret are not correct

client_id ist das Checkoutprofile von backlog

client_secret ist der Key.

We our Checkout Profile ID and the Secret from the API Key, but it didn't work. Tzen we created a new API Key and Secret and tried it again. It's still not working.

Elke,

I still can't correspond to you privately. Please be sure that you have "subscribed to this forum (i.e. registered). Once you register, I should be able to communicate privately with you.

In the meantime, I am seeing an :http Gateway timeout error". Can you try and increase your transmission time to submit your order, then retry?
