TI-API: Customer needs help, Testing of order response is providing incorrect PO #

On Jun 17th 2024,  Create API request has stopped sending Order number created and we are not able to proceed with UAT. It is going to cause delay in going to production. Your urgent intervention needed. Why this issue happened? Please treat this as urgent for customer feedback ASAP. Customer BCC on this request.

And in the response we stopped receiving order number

  • I can see this failure with this invalid info on 6/14/24 date where the customer purchasing date had an # and not a true date.  We did have some Boomi extension xref issues that were being worked and did not resolve until 6/18/24.  Since then we have received multi data in Splunk  from this customer and all dates are looking valid on 6/18 – we have received 44 entries with valid dates
