Is it possible to skip the step of Quote API and create the order directly? What happens if we do not use the quote API? If we do not use the quota API, is customerAnticipatedUnitPrice determined by our expected price?

Quote API is not mandatory quoting must be requested and approved. - Pricing is determined by our catalog pricing - please go to TI.com and search your product you will see pricing for products on the page.

If we don't have a Create Quote API, do we manually fill the customerAnticipatedUnitPrice field? Does this mean we need to use catalog pricing as a basis for filling it
