TI-API: OrderStatus response in backlogAPI

Tool/software:

In the "backlog API", the response immediately after placing an order was "orderStatus": OPEN.
Currently, the response immediately after placing an order is "orderStatus": BEING PROCEED.
Have the specifications changed? Also, are there any circumstances in which "orderStatus": OPEN would occur?

Hi,

There are detailed description for the order status on the developer page.

and we do have the two scenarios as below:

OPEN: The order has been successfully submitted to TI, but no items have been released for shipping.
BEING PROCESSED: Some but not all items in this order have a release for shipping.
