Hello,

today we had two orders (T04800582, T04800590) canceled shortly after ordering with the order status Payment rejected. But in the list of confirmed payments on Apruve, both are there in the status accepted.

In addition, these two orders are not visible in the Order history on the TI website.

Orders can be seen through the api, but their items do not have a set status.

On Apruve, other canceled orders from this year also reduce our credit there. Total 8 orders in 2024.

    Hi Faye,

    From our side, we keep seeing the same problem.

    Today we have 2 more orders cancelled by PAYMENT REJECTED - T04810611 and T04809715.

    Still the item returns no status in json.

    Orders still not visible in history on TI website.

    Edit:After two more canceled orders, today's fifth was confirmed. They all had the same item in the same quantity.
