TSU6111: Using OTG and charging simultaneously

My understanding is that most IC's available switches but simultaneous operation of charging and USB communication ( even when charger is disconnected ) might not work

Problem statement :

I am trying to use sonar with micro-controller ( in a single PCB ) connected to tablet via USB/UART port and simultaneously charging the tablet via charger. So once the tablet is charged, I will disconnect the charger and now the PCB will be powered from tablet. 

Can you draw a block diagram?

Here it is

Sonar communicates with STM32. This complete setup is in single PCB which further communicates with Tablet via Micro USB . A charger port is given which charges the tablet via Micro USB while being in HOST mode. There I need to understand if it's possible to use charger and communication at the same time. 

USB channel is on when in SDP /CDP mode. In any other  mode , USB communication will be off. Pls check table 1 in datasheet.

BC1.2 plus errata 2012-3-15.pdf In the following file, Section 6.2.4 ( last para ) says to add 124K resistance to enable OTG and USB Host simultaneously. On the contrary Datasheet of TSU 6721/ TSU6111 no Rid is given for simultaneous operation

yes, the conflict is there. So in one of the replies ( block diagram attached ), I need to design PCB so that it allows tablet to work in OTG as well as charging simultaneously. Hence using BC 1.2, adding 124K between ID and GND will work and there is no need to use TSU6721. Is this okay?

Because TSU6721 is to be used at Host side and not externally.
