Hi team,

If TCAN4550-Q1 Vsup is applied while Vio is not supplied, then the device will go directly UVio protected mode and INH will go High until the timer time out to got to sleep mode?

I would like to know if IHN goes High in this start up without Vio condition. (until 500ms timer times out)

Tsuji-san,

Confirmed, When the device first powers up with VSUP passing the under voltage threshold, the device will first go into standby mode where INH is high. Once the under voltage VIO timer elapses, the device will then go into sleep mode.
