Hello ,

I am using "TUSB2046BIRHBR" USB-HUB,

Actually i have connected 2 down streams to my USB-HUB remaining 2 ports unsed.

When i see logs of USB-HUB i can able to read only 1st Down strem port device,where as in logs 2nd port device is not showing.

So how can i solve this 2nd down stream port issue.

NOTE:-

i have verified differential pair signals of 2nd down stream port,VCC power,and all neccessary connections but still its not showing in logs.

EVEN at DP (D+) signals of down stream i can measure high (3.3v).

but still 2nd device not showing in logs.

i can provide schematic but ,just for your reference initially HUB use to show both down stream ports but once after power failure in my office and after power return from that instance 2nd port was not detecting.

so if HUB get damaged,complete it should not work right?

But one of the port working other port not get detcting even.

It is possible for only one port to be damaged and for the others to continue working depending on the type of electrical overstress conditions that occured.
