Hi there,

I would like to use the TPD1E10B09-Q1 product for my hall sensor ESD protection application. Is it OK for hall sensor signal levels ? If not do you have any other suggestion for 0402 package ?

Could you share the sensor you are using, the pins you are wanting to protect, and a link to its datasheet?

Hi,

I would like to use the diodes for OEM motor driver, so i can't see the IC datasheet but I'll use +5V supply for hall sensors.

Hello,

In that case, I would recommend TPD1E10B06 since its 5.5 V Vrwm is closer to your 5 V operating range, and it's IEC 61000-4-2 is 30 kV. It also comes in an 0402 package.
