since the test and process are same , that's why the marking is same 

But they have different operating temperature range, it will affect the usage of customer.

Are they going to order both devices ? if not , will not be problem.

The problem is they have a device, but don`t know which one it is, they want to use TS5USBC400IYFPR

do they have date code? So we can find out.
