BQ24392-Q1: functionally identical with BQ24392 ?

Hi,

I have a board that have an BQ24392 Dual SPST USB 2.0 High Speed Switch

Now I wonder if BQ24392 and BQ24392-Q1 are functionally identical except that BQ24392-Q1 is Automotive rated,
i.e. can I use the BQ24392-Q1 instead of BQ24392 on my board ?
