SN55LVCP22A-SP: Can SN55LVCP22A be used as a one-to-two IC for LVDS signals?

Yes you can use SN55LVCP22A in splitter mode to broadcast from IN0 or IN1 to both outputs at the same time. Please note splitter mode in table 8-1 of the data sheet:
