My customer has met with a problem in designing with DP83848I.
Here is the main informations about it.
1.At first, Sample A did not work properly,my customer found that it can run properly when connect pin18 / 23 / 37 with wires during debugging;
2.The above problems have been changed on Sample B, but nothing else has changed, but it can not work properly.
3. ABA test has been done with three Sample B boards, and the phenomena are the same. The specific phenomena are as follows(here are schematic diagrams for Sample A and Sample B):
(1)After the whole machine is powered on, H3 will be on immediately and normally; After a period of time, H1 turns on, and after H1 turns on, the PHY chip starts to heat, and H2 does not turn on all the time.
(2) Add the phenomenon: H3 is always on immediately after power on, H1 / H2 is not on all the time, and PHY chip will also heat up.
