Part Number: TCAN1057A-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TCAN1051-Q1, , TCAN1051

Hi Team,

There is a good new that we could DIN TI product!

Customer is looking for the replacement of TCAN1051-Q1  (P2P would be better )

I found TCAN1057AVDRBRQ1 could be the replacement of TCAN1051GVDRBTQ1

May I ask if TCAN1057A-Q1 can replace TCAN1051-Q1? Is there anything I need to pay attention to? THX

  • Hi Kygo,

    Great news!

Yes, TCAN1057A can be used to replace TCAN1051. All of the comparisons here will be the same as you may have seen for TCAN1044A replacing TCAN0142. Primary differences to note are lower absolute maximum and ESD specifications, increased loop delay times, and a smaller common-mode range. Advantages include a larger Vio range (down to 1.7V), higher supported data rates (up to 8Mbps), SOT package option, and better cost/supply for the newer devices.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Regards,
    Eric Schott
