Hello Hui,
Can you please share some further details? Is PHY not getting identified? Is there a data communication issue?

Thanks for your reply.
MDIO communication between TDA4 and PHY(DP83TG720R) is OK now, TDA4 can read PHY registers. But there may be a problem with RGMII5 communication or something else, TDA4 can not "ping" successfully with PC using a converter box.
We don't know if there is a problem with PIN MUX setting or the PHY driver code. Maybe there is something wrong with PIN MUX setting, because the PINs of RGMII5 are used as QSGMII function before, I don't know if we have changed them correctly.
We have read these links below and done what they say, but our board still can't ping successfully with PC using a converter box.
Our problem is like this link below.
Hello Hui,
Can you please post this thread on processor's E2E? At PHY side we are not aware of the required processor's configuration.
I have updated you about the INT signal on separate e2e thread.

Hello Hui,
If MAC is in the Rgmii TX and RX align mode, then PHY should be in TX and RX shift mode.
