LMH0303: LMH0303: RREF waveform

Dears

We are using LMH0303 in our equipment.
I observed the waveforms when the power of the device was turned on and off.
I found ringing in the middle of the rising/falling waveform of the RREF pin.
What is the possible cause?

Also, what is the internal circuit of RREF LMH0303?

    Greetings,

    Rref is the bias generator for the 75-ohm output driver. On power up or down there could be some ringing and then it becomes stable. You can disable the device - pin 6 - to make sure output driver is not affected on power up or down.
