Is it the latest release of TUSB3410 driver by Texas Instruments?

I was using the TUSB3410 v 6.5.9018.1. The issue is, our setup application uses this driver and randomly application throws an exception 'The port is closed'. Is it something related to TUSB3410 driver? if yes, then the latest version can solve my problem?

Any recommendation will be helpful for me.

Hi,

I am not sure if this failure is specifically related to the driver. This kind of issue has not been reported before for Windows 10 x64. Can you share a screenshot.
