Hi, why my TLK10232 board is returning 0xFFFF for all the registers when I press "apply update"?

Hi,

It sounds like you are using the TI GUI. Is that correct? What update and/or SerDes configuration setting are you trying to apply? We typically never observe such issue with the GUI if proper USB communication has been established to the SerDes board.

Hi, I could fix the problem. PRTAD in the TI GUI was not matching with the board. Thank you.
