These parts did not come with an ESD bag, they only came in ESD tubes.
Please let me know if this is normal for this package and MSL type.

Parts came from AVNET.

Please let me know if you need additional information.

I personally have not seen this before, but I checked the information on the label and these are real parts. They should be okay as long none were exposed outside of the tubes.
