DS90UB962-Q1: Power up sequence

Hi team,

Power up sequence is described in the datasheet 9.2 Power-Up Sequencing, but I could not find the timing requirement between VDD18 and VDDIO.

In my setting, VDDIO=3.3V.

1. Power up sequence

Is it OK to power up like below?

VDDIO(3.3V --> 10ms --> VDD18 --> 10ms --> VDD11

2. Power down sequence

Is it OK to power down as below?

VDD11 --> 10ms --> VDD18 --> 10ms --> VDDIO(3.3V)

Hello Shinji-san,

1) there is no requirement to VDD18 and VDDIO. Any one can come before the other, or they can come at the same time. Important is they come up then VDD11 and then PDB.

2) there is no power-down requirements.
