The four cameras connected DS90UB962 could appear jam phenomenon. And the customer has tried all the boards have the same problem. Please refer to the below video. Do you have any suggestions? If is there any registers which need to configure?

Could you elaborate more on what the "jam phenomenon" refers to?
Your UB962 is connected to four cameras. Is the monitor supposed to show a combined video from the four cameras, but the issue is that one of the cameras is not showing on screen? Is the left portion of the monitor an unexpected result?
