We are debugging one card with one XIO2001 and one PCI softcore in Xilinx FPGA. The PCI softcore is used in many other designs and its behavior is well known. Sometimes after system up we see PRST# pulses that reset PCI logic and result in lost of connection. Those pulses happen at same time that PCIe connection link blinks off. We believe XIO2001 is being reseted for some reason., we have checked all power rails and all PCIe signals and there is no glitches or fails at all. Some idea?
