Hello,

As you know, TPS25858-Q1 has thermal management.

I wonder where should I place the thermistor to better thermal management. 

I think if I place near to the inductor or IC, device may sense the temperature so quickly and IC decreases the current so quickly.

Otherwise, If I place the thermistor too far from IC and inductor, IC never do thermal management.

    Hi Mehmet,

    In my opinion, place near to the inductor or IC is better, then you will have a over temperature protection, and if you worry 'device may sense the temperature so quickly and IC decreases the current so quickly.', you can set the protection temperature is higher, only in the worst situation, let the device has a over temperature protection.
