DS25MB100: AC-coupling capacitor

Hello team,

I have two questions about the following block diagram.

Is there anywhere else I should add an AC-coupling capacitor other than where the red arrow is?

Should I also add an AC-coupling capacitor at the green arrow if I consider hot plugging board 1 and board 2?

Hi Masakazu,

For hot plug AC coupling at the red arrows is okay. I do not believe that AC coupling at the green arrows is required here.
