DP83TC812S-Q1: PHY Driver Development using PDK QNX

Part Number: DP83TC812S-Q1

Hello,

I'm working on developing a PHY driver for the DP83TC812S-Q1 for a client who is using this chip on their custom board. I was informed by a colleague about an application note on PHY development titled "TI PSDK Application Note on Phy Development" which I could request via E2E. Tried out asking customer support but they weren't of much help.

    Hi Akshay,

    I am not familiar with the document, it is likely not from the Ethernet product line, could you provide more detail about the document, maybe the document number (app note number), then I can search around and see if I am able to track down the document from a different product line.

    Hey Alon,

    Thanks for responding. I wish I could be more detailed about what the document contained but my colleague seems to not have access to it anymore.

    From their description it appears to be a note/doc that serves as an aid to PHY driver development.

    Hi Akshay,

    I understand, however it is likely created by the microcontrollers unit as we do not see it in our repository. It will be difficult to identify the origin of the document without a little more information, in a simple search, I am not seeing this document using the title you provided which is the only thing I am able to use.
