XIO2001: 6.8 PCI Express Differential Reference Clock Input Range : VRX-DIFFp-p

Part Number: XIO2001

Hello.
According to the XIO2001 datasheet, the Vrx-DIFF-p-p MAX voltage is 1.2 V.
Is there any risk if the voltage is over than 1.2 V?
The Vrx-DIFF-p-p MAX voltage of a board made by our company is about 1.5 V.

The COMMENTS says 「VRX-DIFFp-p = 2*|VREFCLK+ – VREFCLK-|」
The PCIe standard says that the maximum voltage of Absolute max input voltage (single-end) is +1.15 V.
Why doesn't VRX-DIFFp-p = 2.3 V?

Best Regards
Jungo
