I have spent 2 days now troubleshooting my board as to why the same firmware flashed on the PD DUO EVK does not work on my board despite stripping all my other parts off so they look identical. My MOSI/MISO lines are swapped because the pinout diagram and the pinout table are not consistent.
EDIT: The below screen capture was accompanied by my commentary pointing out the irony of the renaming that shall not be discussed. 
EDIT: TI have edited this post because it was deemed politically unacceptable. So there is a considerable amount of detail that is stripped out from here. I won't say any more on this matter.
