I am using DS26C31TM.
I'd like to calculate the power consumption of the terminating resistor under the worst conditions.
So could you give me the max of VOH and min of VOL of this driver.
Each data sheet only listed up to the Typ value.

This information is found in the graph section of the device.
However for termination resistance power - the differential voltage is probably going to be more helpful since the differential is the voltage over the termination resistor:
